Time change.
Weather change.
Leaves change.
The speed at which time moves change–to faster and faster and faster.

Sometimes I feel as though I am spinning placidly in the middle of a world that is going at a velocity which causes all around me to become a blur of sound and color. And sometimes, I feel I’m going at the blurry speed too. But life is full, and rich, and blessed. Victoria is humming in the kitchen. Thad is feeding the cats. Tony has come in from working in the yard. Our home is warm, and we have a candle burning. It’s our fall candle.

It is November.
